Since its inception, Alianza Logistics has been committed to building employee loyalty by implementing numerous internal processes to improve the working environment and talent management. 


For this reason, the company has held a recognition event to present gifts and congratulate employees who have completed more than 10 years within the organisation. 


These 15 employees received a commemorative plaque as a token of appreciation for their dedication, professionalism and, above all, for their strong commitment to a company inaugurated in the midst of the criss in a context of great economic uncertainty in 2009.


During the ceremony, a tribute was paid to highlight the company’s achievements thanks to its employees, an indispensable part of its rapid growth over the years.
