At Alianza Logistics, we have implemented actions that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. We are actively working on six of these SDGs, and one of them, with which we collaborate directly, is SDG 17: Partnerships to Achieve the Goals. In line with this commitment, our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has decided to participate as a silver sponsor in Caixabank’s GAVI project, a joint initiative with UNICEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization (WHO) to promote child vaccination worldwide.
Thanks to our financial participation, more than 433 children in Latin America and Africa have been able to access vaccinations vital to their health and well-being. We recognise that childhood immunisation is one of the most effective and cost-effective interventions to prevent disease and save lives in the earliest stages of life. We are therefore proud to be able to collaborate with renowned organisations such as UNICEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the WHO, joining forces to combat vaccine-preventable diseases.
Our involvement in this project drives us to continue to make a difference and ensure a better future for all. At Alianza Logistics, we not only focus on logistics efficiency, but also take our corporate social responsibility as a fundamental pillar of our work. We are convinced that investing in childhood immunisation is an investment in building healthier, more equitable and prosperous societies.
Through our participation in Caixabank’s GAVI project, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting the health and well-being of children around the world. Together, we can make a meaningful difference and build a brighter and more promising future for generations to come.
